Cashflows has become a gold partner for the UK’s National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) to supply its range of payment solutions.
The gold partner status makes Cashflows the NAFD’s payment partner for over 850 members and will seek to make funeral arrangement payments as seamless as possible for bereaved families.
Cashflows aims to integrate its virtual terminal or in-person payment once the funeral planning appointment has been finalised via the deployment of a mobile terminal.
Balvinder Helate, Senior Sales Manager at Cashflows, said: “We are excited to be the Gold Partner for payment services offered to members of the National Association of Funeral Directors.
“At Cashflows, we strongly believe in the importance of personal payments, a value that aligns with the specific needs and requirements of funeral directors. We’re proud to be able to offer a seamless payment process, removing as much stress as possible in a time that is otherwise extremely difficult for people.”
To minimise further stress or worry in the funeral planning process, the NAFD stated it was looking for a payment provider that could guarantee high authorisation rates for its members, whose annual payments exceed £1bn. Cashflows was therefore selected as it offers a highly personal approach to helping clients optimise their payment processes.
From the start of the multi-year relationship in April, the NAFD’s members will be able to seamlessly transition to Cashflows. Its Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered fast onboarding service enables funeral director members to be able to sign up and start taking payments in less than 48 hours.
Andrew Judd, CEO of the NAFD, commented: “We introduced our Gold Partner programme to ensure that our members have access to some of the best solutions and service partners in the UK, knowing how challenging it can be to identify the right ones for their businesses.
“We are delighted to welcome Cashflows as our newest addition, and we firmly believe that Cashflows will be a fantastic payment partner for our members.”
