AstroPay signs esports partnership to boost brand recognition

Online payment solution AstroPay is set to increase brand visibility after signing an esports sponsorship deal.

The Pinnacle Cup III is a tournament which brings teams from across the globe to compete in a showcase of skills, battling it out for first place in the popular online game CS:GO.

As the third and latest iteration of Pinnacle’s flagship CS:GO event, participants and fans alike can expect exciting prizes and viewership opportunities.

The prize pool involves a total of $100,000 to be shared amongst the first places. AstroPay partnering with Pinnacle, alongside GRID and Relog Media, will also bring viewers a live YouTube broadcast of the tournament for the first time.

Being the most recent collaboration with an entity involved in competitions, it follows on last month’s AstroPay announcement of a sponsorship deal with Premier League club Crystal Palace.

The agreed terms involve AstroPay’s logo being stamped on the club’s training kit, as well as advertised on the Crystal Palace TV channel and placed on LED boards around the club’s home ground Selhurst Park.
