Embedded finance platform Weavr has entered a partnership with Club Employés to install its debit card solutions to enhance the latter’s employee benefits for its clientele.
By expanding access to relevant benefits through embedded finance capabilities, the partnership grants employees access to benefits provided by their employers.
Utilising Weavr’s Employee Benefits solution, Club Employés’ card will allow employees to make their own decisions regarding the benefits they want, choosing from a range of perks with 98% coverage of French cinemas, 500 leisure parks, 3,000 sports halls and thousands of concerts and shows.
Available now in France and soon to expand internationally, employees using the Club Employés card can access over 500,000 offers in both major brands and independent stores.

According to a recent study, 79% of individuals who quit their previous job did so because of a lack of appreciation. Aiming to find a solution to this rise, Club Employés is promoting its app for employees to access more than 4,000 customer benefits.
Through the collaboration with Weavr, employees have full visibility over their benefits allowance whilst gaining control over where they spend it.
