Yolo Group, a global technology company with interests across a range of industries, has announced that Jean Claude Magri will fill a senior vacancy at the firm.

Magri has been appointed as Chief Finance Officer of Yolo Group’s B2B Products division, which encompasses the Hub88, Live88, OneTouch and Odds88 brands.

Yolo is active across the gaming, fintech and blockchain sectors, and has a particular interest in bridging the gap between cryptocurrency and the gaming industry.

As CFO at its B2B Products segment, Magri will be tasked with applying his background in financial management, strategy and accountancy to developing Yolo’s aggregation services for betting operators across the world.

Commenting on his new role, Magri said: “I’m thrilled to join Yolo Group at this pivotal moment in its growth. The company’s forward-thinking approach is inspiring, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success and growth across its B2B brands.”

Magri joins Yolo after an active year for the company, which is divided between two primary assets, Yolo Entertainment and Yolo Investments. His appointment follows a series of senior hires at Yolo Entertainment late last year, including a new Chief Operating Officer.

Yolo hopes to benefit greatly from Magri’s experience in the technology and gaming sectors, including tenures at developers and software firms like Evolution, NetEnt and Red Tiger.

Jose Micallef, CFO of Yolo Platform, added: “As the business continues to grow, it is essential we can keep pace with our ambitions. We are delighted to welcome Jean Claude to Yolo.

“He brings expertise and leadership in financial strategy that will be crucial in powering our vision and ensuring we maintain financial discipline across our expanding operations.”
