Revolut has launched Revolut BillPay to simplify the financial management process for its business customers.

Launched by Revolut Business, the new feature is designed to automate accounts payable and save businesses time by streamlining data workflows through the synching of accounts.

BillPay intends to eliminate the need for manual data entry by integrating accounting softwares and on-the-go data extraction capabilities, meeting a growing demand for better business financial management.

James Gibson, General Manager of Revolut Business, said: “Revolut BillPay is the next step in continuing to provide businesses with one platform for their business finances.

“Bill management is complex, requiring businesses of all sizes and their accountants to track bills across a number of different interfaces and platforms to ensure that suppliers are paid.

“With Revolut BillPay, businesses save time on global bill payments through better visibility, simplified workflows and seamless integrations with their accounting software, freeing them up to focus on growing their companies.”

Furthermore, BillPay leverages Revolut’s competitive rates to enable businesses to pay in 150 global locations. This is due to built-in spend controls, approval rules and operational oversight, minimising the time of an often lengthy process.

Integrating with major accounting softwares, including QuickBooks, Xero, and FreeAgent, BillPay keeps all data in sync, reducing manual work and human error. This integration enhances collaboration between SMEs, large enterprises and their accountants.

BillPay continues Revolut’s list of new product launches this year after recently rolling out its first dedicated crypto payment cards last week.

The virtual Revolut crypto cards can be spent on everyday items as it is integrated within Apple Pay and Google Pay, adding to a more seamless payment journey. The new cards can also be used online for payments on various amounts of goods and services.

The crypto cards can be set up within the Revolut app and enables users to select their preferred cryptocurrency to be used for payment.
