GeoComply to amplify compliance with OneComply acquisition

GeoComply has moved to significantly strengthen its global capabilities with the acquisition of OneComply. 

The firm detailed that through the deal it seeks to gain ‘unparalleled capabilities to support the mission-critical compliance needs’ of the industry.

Cameron Conn, OneComply Co-Founder and CEO, commented on the move: “As fellow Vancouver-based entrepreneurs, GeoComply has always been an inspiration.

As a result of the addition, GeoComply will support customers across an array of industries at a time when compliance has never been more vital for operators, merchants and partners.
