Gamesys unifies ‘compliance journey’ with TruNarrative

A newly restructured Gamesys Group (formerly JPJ Group Plc) has confirmed that it will move to unify all compliance disciplines, utilising TruNarrative ‘single platform’ solution.

Updating stakeholders, Gamesys management confirms that the TruNarrative platform will act ‘on-boarding lead’ across all Gamesys brands, providing single point provisions for ID verification, fraud detection, behavioural monitoring, KYC referencing and further AML procedures.

Gaming Director, Simon Mizzi detailed the importance of  Gamesys managing its compliance demands under a unified platform, allowing the London-listed operator’s brands to benefit from ‘unified customer journeys’ on KYC interactions related to  identity checks, document validation, PEP and sanctions checks.

Heading into a crucial 2020, a restructured Gamesys is set to significantly expand its online gambling portfolio securing control of UK brands Virgin Games, Virgin Casino, Monopoly Casino, and Heart Bingo.
