Mastercard has launched a new co-branded card with Beobank for customers as part of Brussels Airlines’ loyalty program Miles & More

Expected to launch in the second quarter of 2025, the co-branded card enables Miles & More customers to access a range of benefits when flying with Brussels Airlines, such as home or travel benefits, as well as miles earn rates and typical credit card benefits.

Dorothea von Boxberg, CEO of Brussels Airlines, stated: “We are looking forward to working with Beobank and Mastercard to offer our customers even better and more innovative services through a new co-branded card loyalty program.

“We are convinced that the combined strengths of our companies will bring great value to our guests and awaken their interest in the proposed solution.”

This type of loyalty and reward cards from Mastercard is not uncommon for the payment network giant.

This year, Mastercard co-launched the Canadian Priceless Platform with Canadian airline WestJet, enabling WestJet RBC Mastercard cardholders to attain unique experiences at world-class events, cooking classes with famous chefs, tours of cities and more benefits.

Furthermore, this summer, Mastercard linked with Expedia and Wells Fargo to launch a similar travel loyalty card that rewards users flying across the globe.

Commenting on the new loyalty card with Brussels Airlines, Henri Dewaerheijd, Country Manager for Mastercard Belgium and Luxembourg, said: “Mastercard is thrilled to join forces with Brussels Airlines, Miles & More and our trusted partner Beobank to launch a card tailored to the needs of Belgian travellers.

“The aim is to introduce a card that seamlessly integrates into everyday life, offering both local and international utility through Mastercard’s extensive global acceptance network.

“Cardholders will enjoy not only secure and convenient payment options but also exclusive experiences and a broad range of travel and lifestyle benefits, whether at home or abroad.”
