Payment solutions provider TrustPay has launched its latest solution Instant Refunds to streamline payment processing for its clients.
The company stated that the new offering is designed to “make the refund process quicker, simpler, and more efficient” for both businesses and customers alike.
Instant Refunds offers an alternative to processing refunds as regular bank transfers by speeding up the whole process, which could take days if done through a banking institution.
However, the new feature can only be utilised in cases where the payment method is settled as a SEPA payment, and where the recipient’s bank offers support for instant payments.
Some of the key features of Instant Refunds, as outlined by TrustPay, include a quick refund process, easier refund management, as well as SEPA compatibility.
