PaymentIQ introduces Cashier Plus, giving payments teams the tools to turn the cashier into a real conversion driver.
One product with three parts: a builder, a live preview, and a data engine. Payments teams can spot where players drop off, fix it, and show the impact with no engineering ticket required.
PaymentIQ, the leading payment orchestration platform for iGaming, today launched Cashier Plus, a new product that puts the cashier’s design, testing, and performance evidence directly in the hands of payments teams.
Few areas of the player journey carry as much weight as the cashier — it’s where acquisition costs peak and where a single change can move revenue significantly. And yet, most payments teams still can’t touch it directly.
Reordering payment methods, or reworking the amount selector, means filing an engineering ticket and waiting in line. By the time it’s live, the players who would have converted have already left. And without visibility into where drop-off actually happens, teams are often left guessing rather than working from data.
Cashier Plus was built to end that guesswork, with three connected tools working together.
PaymentIQ’s Cashier Plus
Builder is the cockpit for control for payment processing – amount or bonus selection first, grid to list, slider or checkbox – all the crucial changes with a click of a button. Build the cashier you need, theme it and brand it with ease.
Preview shows exactly what’s been built, but through the player’s eyes. Before anything goes live, teams can simulate precisely how a real player will experience it, defining their own personas, from VIPs to first-time depositors, and watching the cashier render itself in front of them as rules and variants change.
Data gives full visibility: find where you leak money, watch anonymised session replays of exactly where and why a player abandoned checkout, then run an experiment and promote the winner to production, all with a click of a button – no ticket, no release, no discussion.
To put a number on it: in one case PaymentIQ highlighted, 33,800 players opened their cashier, but only 12,900 went on to complete a deposit. Payments teams previously had no way of knowing what happened to the remaining 20,900. Cashier Plus exists to answer that question.
“By the time a player reaches the cashier, you’ve already won them,” said Neil D’Souza, CEO of PaymentIQ. “What happens next either keeps that win or throws it away. Cashier Plus puts the tools, and the proof, directly in the hands of the people who can act on it instantly without developer intervention.”

Rather than build in a vacuum, PaymentIQ’s product team spoke with 15+ leading payments teams first, to pinpoint exactly where cashier decisions typically stall, before development began.

“We spent weeks inside the daily reality of payments teams, watching how they actually run a cashier,” said Kaivalya Paluskar, VP of Product at PaymentIQ. “Cashier Plus is what came out of those conversations: control they can act on, and data that finally makes payments a strategic lever, not a black box.”
Early customers are already noticing the difference:
“It can finally link payments to commercial in a direct way – offering bonuses on specific cheaper methods as an example. I would like to explore offering bonuses also based on specific conditions met on concrete methods i.e. if you make 3 deposits with crypto of at least 50 euro each this week, we give you a bonus.” said Abner Fabbro, Director of Payments at Rhino Entertainment Group.
“We were spending heavily to get players all the way to the cashier, only to lose them at the final step. Utilising a scalable solution that lets us test and optimise that experience ourselves across many different currencies and payment methods means more of our existing acquisition spend converts into deposits, lowering our cost per depositing player without buying a single additional click.” said Bo Li, CFO at Stake.
“Now when I go to my CEO with a recommendation, I’ve got the data to back it up.” – said a Head of Payments at an early Cashier Plus customer.
Cashier Plus is available starting today, September 8, 2026. See it for yourself at https://content.paymentiq.com/cashier-plus and request a demo.
