Fiserv is finding new ways to support its technology transformation of its processing platform by partnering with specialist bank Vanquis.
The bank will support the growth and development of Fiserv’s processing platform Vision Next, an end-to-end solution that seeks to deliver global processing of economies at scale to enhance their issuing lifecycle.
Built on a cloud-native, integrated suite of payment solutions, Vision Next enables banks to accelerate digital transformation, adapt to evolving customer expectations, and deliver configurable and scalable services designed to meet modern demands.
Ian McLaughlin, CEO of Vanquis, said: “We’re building real momentum at Vanquis as we transform into a modern, digitally-led bank positioned for long-term, profitable growth.
“Our Gateway programme will give us a scalable, digital-first platform by mid-2026, and choosing to extend our successful partnership with Fiserv and to integrate its cloud-native, integrated suite of payment solutions is a game-changing step in that journey.”
With Vision Next looking to grow its reach in Europe, this is the latest push in the region Fiserv has embarked on after acquiring payment solutions provider CVV to deploy its point-of-sale service Clover.
Katia Karpova, Head of EMEA at Fiserv, added: “In a world that’s always changing, financial institutions have to stay ahead of the curve. Fiserv is redefining financial institutions’ capabilities and delivering next-gen solutions with Vision Next.
“We are delighted to partner with Vanquis to accelerate its digital transformation and help it meet its customers’ evolving needs.”
