Omnichannel digital payments platform OKTO has collaborated with CyberTeam Solutions in a bid to bolster its payment security parameters across the gambling and casino industry.

The Romanian cybersecurity firm will connect with OKTO’s digital payment solutions to enable secure instant deposits and withdrawals, with the partnership also giving birth to OKTO.DIRECT in Romania.

The “ultimate payment gateway” offering from OKTO provides seamless deposits and withdrawals from a range of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and more.

Cosmin Murzea, CEO of CyberTeam Solutions, commented: “We’re excited to kick off this partnership with OKTO. By integrating their advanced payment technology with Cyber Platform, our player-centric gaming management system, we’re enhancing the gaming experience with seamless, advanced, and secure transactions that prioritise player experience, safety, and security.”

Alongside OKTO.DIRECT, the integration also incorporates OKTO.WALLET, available for both retail and online use, seeking to provide an “unparalleled omnichannel experience for users”.

With the CyberTeam Solutions partnership, OKTO deepens its presence in the Romanian gaming market and follows a year of expansion and international growth for the company.

OKTO recently deepend its visibility in Greece following a deal with Novibet. Also this year, the payments platform inked deals with Eventogioco and Modulus to expand into the Italian and Latin American markets, respectively.

Vlad Evghenie, Country Manager Romania at OKTO, commented: “At OKTO, we’re all about delivering next-level payments. We’re glad for our collaboration with CyberTeam Solutions and we’re fully aligned, giving users and operators alike the omnichannel, smooth, instant experience they crave for pay-ins and outs.

“This partnership is about raising the bar for gaming experiences across the board, and payments as the last mile of the experience is the most crucial.”
