OKTO marks Czech market debut via Sazka partnership

OKTO has marked its foray into the Czech Republic market after landing a partnership with native lottery company Sazka

The Czech lottery and point-of-sale network provider will collaborate on varying innovative payment solutions, such as OKTO.CASH, the company’s cash-to-digital payment service for gaming players. 

OKTO.CASH will now be accessible across Sazka’s network of over 6,700 points of sale, with additional locations slated for the end of the year. Sazka is the oldest lottery company in the Czech Republic and is the first e-merchant to integrate OKTO’s payment solutions.

OKTO’s expansion into the Czech Republic follows OKTO.CASH launches in Romania, Greece, Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Serbia, and Spain. 

The company’s cash-to-digital service embeds into merchant apps or websites, enabling users a fast and direct method to upload funds online, eliminating the need for third-party apps.

In the coming months, several online operators are poised to offer OKTO’s eVoucher payment method to users, falling in line with OKTO’s aim to deliver a payment experience to elevate the gambling payment journey.
