A new SoftPOS solution for Android devices will become available for UK and European merchants thanks to the latest collaboration from emerchantpay and Rubean AG.
Partners of the emerchantpay network will be able to use their Android-powered hardware as a payments gateway after Rubean’s PhonePOS integration with emerchantpay’s existing mobile app.

Some of the supported payment methods include card payments, various types of mobile wallets, as well as high-value transactions that require the input of a PIN.
Moreover, the partnership will be targeting success in the constantly developing market of SoftPOS solutions, with Juniper Research predicting that merchants using SoftPOS for transactions will reach around 34.5 million globally by 2027.
