ECOMMPAY boosts European stature with Trustly partnership

ECOMMPAY, an international online payment service provider and direct card acquirer, has partnered with online payments company Trustly to expand its online payment offerings in Europe.

The company expects the partnership to further reinforce its position in the European market with online banking payments being highly popular in Europe, in particular the Nordics and Baltics.

Arthur Gots, Head of Operations at ECOMMPAY, commented: “Especially in key markets like the Baltics and the Nordics, online banking payments should be a vital part of any merchant’s payment mix.

“Through our partnership with Trustly, we’re excited to be able to offer our merchants new markets and broader reach, helping them to scale their businesses in an efficient way.”

Integrating Trustly’s online banking payments will assist ECOMMPAY’s merchants when receiving funds via bank transfer, on top of providing a real-time confirmation after the payment has been complete.

Furthermore, its merchants can utilise Trustly’s “unique refund process” which removes the administrative complexity for merchants.

“ECOMMPAY is a key partner for us as we expand our presence in the financial services and e-commerce verticals,” added Adam Bowman, Director of Partnerships, Trustly.

“Through our partnership, Trustly’s fast, simple and secure online banking payments will be available to ECOMMPAY’s thousands of merchants, helping them increase conversion at their checkout.”
