Processing.com is set to continue its ongoing payment support partnership with gaming operator Campeon Gaming Partners.
First launched in 2017, The European-based company has been working with the card acquiring solution from Processing.com in order to deliver an accurate payment process for its casino customers.
Processing.com will continue to provide proactive support from its in-house team of in-sector specialists and payments experts to help drive Campeon Gaming Partner’s growth.
Speaking to PaymentExpert, Matt Harrod, VP of Europe at Processing.com, explained the importance for startups in developing a secure payment network in order to enable cross-border payments and to allow them to effectively grow their customer base.
He said: “The onboarding of these new customers while safeguarding against fraud can be tricky for new startups to get to grips with as they have a large number of new customers with little historical data to match, so the risk is higher.
“It’s vital to identify these ‘problem’ customers as soon as possible, which is something we assist the merchant with at all times. That’s why Processing.com supports startups throughout this journey.”
Furthermore, Harrod explained many startups need guidance on how to effectively process and manage these payments during the start of their journey.
Harrod added: “Often, we find that clients unknowingly have processes in place that hinder the best possible results when it comes to conversions, such as unnecessary fraud filters.
“During our onboarding consultation process, we explain what filters are necessary and what can be removed to increase conversions, while maintaining strong security. It is support like this, that will help startups get up and running quickly, with the best conversion rates possible.”
Campeon Gaming Partners has ambitious growth plans for 2019, including new affiliate networks, acquiring new licenses and plans of adding new brands to their network that will drive more customers globally.
