SWISH integration sees Mr Green up Swedish payment reach & capacities

Stockholm-listed MRG Group subsidiary Mr Green has confirmed that it will significantly amplify its Swedish market customer payment processing and transaction provisions, implementing the popular SWISH merchant channel.

Stockholm-listed MRG Group subsidiary Mr Green has confirmed that it will significantly amplify its Swedish market customer payment processing and transaction provisions, implementing the popular SWISH merchant channel. 

Launched in 2012, as a joint digital venture founded by Sweden’s Central Bank and financial bodies, SWISH has established itself as the nation’s largest mobile payments carrier, with a reported 6.7 million active customers.

To date SWISH details that it has built Sweden’s biggest mobile payments network, servicing all national banks, societies, credit/debit card providers.

Furthermore, SWISH states that it maintains Sweden’s highest level of transactional security for digital payments, with its software accrediting users with enforced Swedish National ID verifications.  

Updating stakeholders, Mr Green Chief Executive Jesper Kärrbrink detailed that SWISH’s payment integration was a major advancement for Mr Green consumer initiatives for the re-regulated Swedish online gambling marketplace.
