A new strategic partnership between Worldline and FreedomPay aims to streamline the payment process for the travel and hospitality sector by creating new payment gateways.
Both parties intend to deliver acquiring services and gateway capabilities to travel businesses across Europe to enhance payment options for hotel chains, offering an omni-channel solution.

FreedomPay will integrate its Host2Host connection service, leveraging Worldline’s acquiring and dynamic currency conversion services to create a gateway that facilitates both card present and non-card present transaction flows.
This collaborative effort focuses on providing enhanced collaboration amongst payment providers and hotel groups, enabling foster stronger relationships with an end goal of supporting customer service.
Furthermore, there is an added goal of boosting the customer experience with the omni-channel approach offering a user interface that supports transactions across various platforms that can be integrated into existing infrastructures..
