Commerce platform Loop has acquired Wonderment in its bid to unify its e-commerce operations and drive new revenue growth opportunities for brands.
Wonderment is a customer experience and order tracking platform for Shopify merchants. Loop’s acquisition will enable the company to provide its customers with real-time shipment insights, predictive carrier analytics and a streamlined returns process.
The acquisition also underscores Loop’s commitment to enable growth-focused e-commerce brands with revenue-driving tools from a single interface.

With its newly integrated solutions, Loop will be able to serve a wider array of merchant verticals by offering a stand-alone tracking solution.
