Samsung Pay has entered into a partnership with the digital banking platform Curve and Mastercard to create the Samsung Pay Card, a new digital payment solution.
The Samsung Pay Card, which is launching later this year, will enable customers to link their bank cards and manage them in one place on their Samsung device. It seeks to grant Samsung customers greater flexibility and control when managing their finances whilst also enabling a simple and secure way to pay.
Additionally, due to Curve’s compatibility with all cards on Visa and Mastercard, users can upload all their compatible cards to the Samsung Pay card and pay with it despite the underlying card having been previously incompatible with Samsung Pay, thus offering a true digital wallet experience.

The partnership with Curve is the first of its kind in Europe for Samsung Pay, further enhancing Samsung’s global expansion in the payments industry following its recent collaboration with SoFi in the US.
