Ant International’s e-wallet provider Alipay+ has extended its partnership with Whale Cloud to deepen its technological expertise to launch a range of mobile apps.
The telecommunication software company will continue to lend its software services to enable further Alipay+ wallet transactions across various mobile apps, bringing forth new technologies to accelerate cross-border payments.
Whale Cloud’s technology will be integrated into Alipay+’s Wallet Tech stack, providing businesses with solutions to launch on mobile apps. This includes the addition of e-wallet and digitised payment solutions, marketing promotion tools and risk management and anti-money laundering systems.
Furthermore, Alipay+’s digital platforms Mini-Programme and Alipay+ Super App Platform will also become available to more businesses, creating new opportunities within an increasingly competitive digital economy by integrating and providing digital wallets for relevant market customers.

The partnership extension builds on a relationship formed last year which saw Alipay+ and Whale Cloud collaborate on building e-wallets and super apps with enhanced functionality, reliability and stability.
Now entering their second year of collaboration, both companies are signalling interest in expanding their products to serve more customers globally. This includes regions in Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
