Cloud-native account-to-account platform Form3 has announced the appointment of Mark Fieldhouse as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
He joins the Executive Management Team and brings with him a wealth of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience to the role.
He has been tasked with coordinating the expansion of the firm’s customer base, particularly in the core markets of the UK, Europe and the US. This will involve working with leading banks and financial institutions to offer cloud payment solutions on Form3’s platform.
The new Form3 CRO has over 25 years experience as a software and technology executive with business strategy, sales and enterprise expertise.
He joins Form3 from Rescale, where he was Vice President and General Manager, Americas and EMEA. Previous roles included General Manager and executive appointments at scaling software companies.
Commenting on his new role, Fieldhouse said: “I’m excited to be joining Form3 as we continue to make rapid progress in cloud payment technology.
“The market-leading technology enables us and our customers to grow at scale in the UK, Europe and the US. I am very much looking forward to working at Form3 and with our customers.”
This appointment follows Matt Tuck’s decision to step back from full-time roles after an extensive executive career in financial services. He will step down on 31 March 2025 to make way for his successor and will work alongside Fieldhouse for the next two months to smooth over the transition.
Mike Walters, Form3 CEO, added: “Mark has a proven track record in helping to lead SaaS companies on their growth journeys. I am confident he can help Form3 to continue on its exciting growth journey. Welcome on-board Mark.”
