Global spend management solution Payhawk has launched its new ‘fall edition’ that seeks to provide businesses with card solutions to help manage their finances better.
With the Payhawk company cards and payments available across 32 countries, the launch will look to empower finance teams by building a spending culture that helps drive accountability and informed decision making.
Amongst the 15 new features included in the fall edition, the introduction of the real-time budgets feature enables finance teams to access real-time overview of budget utilisation, resulting in faster decisions.
Payhawk will also provide its Visa debit and credit cards to businesses allowing them to control their card spending. Users will now be able to add further controls and build a card suited for their everyday needs, ranging from subscription cards to specific vendor or travel cards.
Furthermore, businesses can speed up invoice approvals and reviews by communicating with relevant stakeholders during the payment process. Payhawk is also featured on one of the leading global accounting systems marketplace, Sage Intacct, introducing a live bidirectional integration for real-time reconciliation.
Payhawk cited 43% of financial leaders wanting more priority over improving company spending visibility within their organisations. The downfalls of not having this visibility can vary from budget overruns to challenges enforcing spending policies.
Hristo Borisov, CEO and Co-Founder at Payhawk, stated: “Managing corporate spend across multiple teams and regions can be a daunting task, often leading to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility that hinders effective financial management,”
“Our latest innovations directly address these challenges by empowering budget owners, finance teams and employees with real-time insights and tools tailored to their specific needs.
“By integrating powerful features like real-time budget tracking and furthering our proactive card control features, we’re helping businesses reduce the risk of overspending and streamline their financial processes. This release is about giving companies the flexibility and control they need to build a strong, accountable spend culture.”
