GPS confirms Kevin Shultz as new CEO apart of a company senior reshuffle 

Global Processing Services (GPS) has appointed Kevin Schultz as Chief Executive Officer, following up the promotion of Joanne Dewar to Vice Chair.  

In the new role, Schultz will focus on strategy and execution, joining the company with nearly 16 years at Visa, where he built out the debit processing business, Visa DPS

Dewar will maintain her position on the GPS board, where she will focus on the group’s growth and global profile, continuing to work alongside Chair, Gene Lockhart, in a newly created Office of the Chair.  

Lockhart commented: “We are hugely grateful for the great work that Joanne has done at GPS. Under Joanne’s stewardship, the company has gone from strength to strength and successfully transitioned through a major new investment round, the building of a new management team and a significant transformation.
