Atos completes acquisition of IDnomic

Global digital services provider Atos has announced the completion of acquiring IDnomic, a European digital identity management infrastructure firm. 

The move is described as a further reinforcement of the company’s “global leadership in cybersecurity” whilst also expanding the firm’s offerings in the digital identity management space and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions.

Atos specialises in digital transformation and possess over 110,000 employees in 73 countries with an annual revenue of over € 11 billion. 

IDnomic offers SaaS (Software as a Service) trust solutions and Atos’ expects a simple integration with its  cybersecurity product offerings – in particular identity and access management, data protection, management of security certificates and IoT security solutions.
