Blockchain Bulletin: Mastercard’s stablecoin play after $1.8bn BVNK acquisition

This week, Mastercard made a statement of intent in regards to its plans for global stablecoin payment adoption, as it acquired BVNK for a record fee paid for a stablecoin company. 

Also this week, Kraken has reportedly paused its plans for a public listing, the US CLARITY Act is finally progressing after weeks of stalling, and Ripple has service and regulatory plans in Brazil.
