Casino comparison site Time2Play has unveiled a new partnership with Gamban to raise awareness and minimise gambling harm.

Time2Play is accelerating its pre-existing focus of reducing gambling harm and by partnering with Gamban, Time2Play will look to provide its customers free Gamban subscriptions.

Gamban’s application, once installed, blocks all online gambling sites on your device. Time2Play has partnered with Gamban as they believe the company is ‘one of the most effective responsible gambling tools on the market’.

“We wanted to do more to help any of our players that may be struggling with gambling addiction,” stated Time2Play’s Co-Founder, Tim Tepas.

“Gamban was the obvious choice for us because of its reliable technology. Other tools are easily bypassed and don’t offer the same level of protection.”

Tepas added: “We can’t say that we are ‘for the user’ without considering the implications of our product on problem gamblers. While most of our visitors are casual players looking for information on a casino, some could be at higher risk of gambling addiction. We want to do everything we can to support those people, and this collaboration is just the beginning of our efforts.”

With the growth of online gambling in the United States, Time2Play has forwarded its initiative to help reduce gambling harm.

Time2Play is hoping to work with companies to allow those casino entities and responsible gambling firms to co-exist. By collaborating with Gamban, this helps all the more.

Gamban Co-Founder, Jack Symons commented: “It’s vital that players understand that there is support available if things get out of control. Affiliates are positioned to make people aware of these resources early on.

“Through better visibility and accessibility of these resources, Time2play can raise standards for affiliates in reducing gambling harm.”
