Ingenico unites with 3C Payment for two new terminal solutions

Ingenico Enterprise Retail has united with 3C Payment to bring to market two new terminal solutions.

The solutions process payments through the 3C Integra Payment Gateway with Ingenico’s DESK/5000 & MOVE/5000 payment terminal devices, both adhere to the latest security requirements for PCI-PTS 5.x and point-to-point encryption (P2PE). This has been made possible as the Telium Tetra Native T3 OS has been developed directly for the Integra gateway platform.

Lee Jones, Director of Sales and Business Development at Ingenico Enterprise Retail commented: “The way consumers want to pay is evolving, therefore we need to remain ahead of the game to keep our retailers relevant in this ever changing market. Through this partnership with 3C Payment, we’re creating an even stronger offering to solidify our customers in the future of retail.”

The solution will support a wide range of international payment methods, including Alipay & We Chat Pay, which both reach Chinese customers on a domestic and international scale. The MOVE/5000 solution is designed for intensive use within Hospitality environments at Hotels, Bars and Restaurants and supports Pay@Table functionality such as quick recall of open checks & split bill capability.

Both Ingenico and 3C Payment will continue to work together to develop P2PE integrated products that enhance mutual business opportunities and ultimately cover more vertical markets.

Craig Borrett, Chief Product Officer at 3C Payment, added: “We are delighted to further enhance the product range between 3C Payment and Ingenico Enterprise Retail through certification of our 3C Integra terminal application with the Ingenico Tetra Desk & Move 5000.

“Our mutual Pan-European customers will benefit greatly from innovative, secure and flexible payment solutions through a single interface across multiple countries.”
